Debi is amazing.  When we started our home search, we were working with a pretty small budget, the inventory was low and the prices were high. Every Realtor we talked to said we would most likely be looking at a year before we found something we liked.  Debi understood we needed something quickly, took the time to understand what we wanted, helped us think about different strategies to meet our goals, and ultimately found us the most incredible dream home in under a month! She was such a pleasure to work with - fast, thorough - we'd ask to see a place and she'd get us in ASAP.  She made the paperwork a breeze and helped us stay on track through escrow.  Thank you, Debi, for making house hunting such a pleasant, fun experience.
